Special Occasion Events

Set up and breakdown are not included.
*Please note there are no DJ services or live music allowed in the Observatory.
Additional guests over 50 will require additional tables and chairs to be rented from Homesteads Events

Outside catering services are allowed for events of 50 guests or less. Outside Caterers must provide COI 7 days prior to the event. Outside Caterers are responsible for providing all materials necessary to carry out their contracted service. This includes linens, chaffing sets, stereos, ice, dinnerware, glassware, etc. | It is the responsibility of the client to facilitate the set up and tear down of items provided by outside vendors.
